L’épicerie, Cap Ferret
L’epicerie is a project in Cap Ferret. It is a restaurant, bar, and terrace designed around the social life of Cap Ferret, with a strong focus on music, aperitif culture, and seasonality. The intention was to create a place that felt natural to the area, serving locals and returning visitors rather than relying on passing tourism.
Vanya led the concept creation, business planning, defining the Food and Beverage offer, and operational structure. The menu centred on small plates, fresh local produce, and simple cooking, allowing for consistency and ease of execution throughout the season.
Music was treated as a core part of the experience, vinyl listening, DJ sets, and occasional live performances shaping the atmosphere. The interior and terrace design were inspired directly by the architecture and materials of Cap Ferret, using wood and familiar references to create a sense of continuity with the surroundings.
