Sonora is a boutique hotel project, in one of the up and coming areas of the city. The idea is to create the first boutique hotel in Dubal.

Vanya is engaged since the early stage to lead the Food and Beverage department. The scope included defining the restaurant and bar concepts, working with designers, chefs and mixologists to create an offering that will be the centre stage of the hotel, inspired by hotels such as Hotel Costes, The Standard, Chiltern Firehouse.

Particular attention is given to how the spaces will function throughout the day, from breakfast and all day dining through to evening service.

Vanya also introduced the interior designers to the owners, and is working closely with all teams towards an opening in 2029.
