Vanya is a senior Food and Beverage consultant with over two decades of experience spanning luxury hospitality, restaurant ownership, and brand strategy across Europe and the United States.

He began his career in digital and brand strategy, founding Mozaik, a hospitality focused agency recognised for its work within the luxury sector. This strategic foundation later evolved into a more hands on Food and Beverage path, following formal culinary training in New York and operational experience within the city’s restaurant landscape.

In London, he co-founded Louie, a New-Orleans inspired restaurant, bar and music venue, that became a cultural reference point for the city. After selling his shares in 2025, Vanya established an independent consulting practice focused on complex hotel and hospitality projects where Food and Beverage play a defining role.

His work sits at the intersection of commercial intelligence and cultural sensibility, supporting owners and investors in making clear decisions early, and avoiding costly mistakes later.
