Louie, London
Louie was conceived as a New Orleans inspired restaurant, designed to sit at the intersection of dining, culture, and nightlife in London. The ambition was to create a destination that felt layered, timeless, and socially relevant rather than trend driven.
Vanya co-founded the project and led the full operations, from its opening in 2020 until August 2025.
Louie established itself as a cultural reference point within London’s hospitality landscape, recognised for its atmosphere, culinary identity, music program and exclusive bar. The project demonstrated how a clearly defined identity, supported by strong operational fundamentals, can sustain both critical attention and commercial performance.
Vanya left the company in 2025.
