Goldie’s, London
Goldie’s is a London restaurant built around a shared obsession with live fire cooking and the energy that comes with it. Conceived as a neighbourhood hub in Kingly Court Soho, the idea was to create something that felt closer to a great house party than a formal restaurant: open fire, generous food, eclectic music, and a room designed for people to connect.
Vanya advised on the early stages of the project, supporting the definition and refinement of the concept, menu structure, and overall commercial logic. The work focused on helping translate a clear creative instinct — simplicity, quality ingredients, and a relaxed but charged atmosphere — into a coherent restaurant proposition.
Goldie’s opened in 2024, and has become a very successful restaurant. The owners are actively looking to open a second venue in Covent Garden.
